Incident Reclassification
Following further investigation, we have updated the title of this incident from Network Instability to Degraded Survival Server Performance.
Initial reports suggested a potential network-related issue due to player disconnects and timeouts. However, ongoing investigation has indicated that the issue is isolated to the Survival server backend rather than MineHaus' network infrastructure, regional routing, or proxy services

Survival has been shutdown to protect the Network. We are continuing to investigate the root cause.

We are currently investigating intermittent instability affecting the Survival server.
Players may experience unexpected disconnects, timeouts, rubber-banding, or difficulty remaining connected while we work to identify the root cause.
Other MineHaus services remain operational at this time. Our team is actively investigating and implementing mitigation measures where possible.
