Incident Reclassification
Following further investigation, we have updated the title of this incident from Network Instability to Degraded Survival Server Performance.
Initial reports suggested a potential network-related issue due to player disconnects and timeouts. However, ongoing investigation has indicated that the issue is isolated to the Survival server backend rather than MineHaus' network infrastructure, regional routing, or proxy services

Some players may experience temporary connection issues, delayed joins, or brief service interruptions while recovery and validation continue.
Automated safety procedures were triggered to protect service integrity, and manual intervention is now underway to ensure full stability before normal operation resumes.
There is currently no risk of data loss, and all systems are being brought back online in a controlled manner.

We are currently experiencing a period of instability due to a storage capacity issue on the primary node, which is causing intermittent database timeouts across parts of the network.
The cause has been identified as automated backup storage reaching capacity limits. This is currently being addressed, and we are working to stabilise services.
